Testimonials
JUST SOME OF THE FEEDBACK WE HAVE HAD FROM HAPPY CUSTOMERS
I just want to say, once again a HUGE thank you for the incredible rain-dance ring you created using the stones from my recently deceased Mother’s engagement ring. As I explained, her ring, although beautiful, was dated and not something I would have been able to wear on a daily basis. You managed to create a stunning piece which I can now wear and look down at on a daily basis and think of my wonderful, special Mum.
I can’t thank you enough, (and apologise once again for the emotional tears when I first set eyes on what you had created for me) - it truly blew me away. I have been proudly showing it off to all my friends and family who agree you are a very talented lady indeed. You have made and remodelled several items for me in the past which have all been amazing, but this one is a particularly special piece for me to cherish, and one day pass to my daughter.
Thank you so so much Justine.
I was absolutely thrilled with the beautiful gold bangle that Justine made from my late husband's and my wedding rings, which will be very special to me. Justine was very helpful and patient while choosing the design and I would certainly recommend her to anyone looking for bespoke jewellery.
Justine has been absolutely fantastic! The ring she made using my mother's topaz stone was exactly how I wanted it. Justine has been so brilliant with all communication, helping me create a design, checking through what I wanted and was so flexible to meet all my needs! I would highly recommend Artisan and I will be letting all of my friends know about this lovely place. Thank you so much Justine, I love the ring. Chloe
Jewellery is such a personal thing but Justine managed to take it to a whole other level! After losing both my parents and having an amount of jewellery I wanted to do something special that would mean something to me, that I could wear and treasure. I took the jewellery to Justine and we discussed remodelling and my style and what I wanted to achieve, Justine amalgamated my parents wedding and engagement rings into a beautiful ring incorporating the stones from the engagement ring and a pendent. I also wanted a bracelet and Justine noticed a card that had been written by my father to my mother 50 years ago, at this point it became emotional as Justine suggested I could have the message lazer cut exactly as it was on the card on the back of the bracelet, my fathers message of love to my mother on remodelled jewellery that I could wear and cherish! This journey has been an emotional roller coaster but Justine has been amazing and created the most beautiful pieces out of treasures that are styled to me that will become treasures in their own rite. I really can’t thank Justine or recommend her highly enough.
I'm delighted with the new jewellery that Justine has crafted. She has created four new pieces that are beautiful and timeless. I inherited three rings from my family and had other pieces of gold and silver jewellery that I was seeking to redesign. Re-designing your inherited and gifted pieces is a personal journey and you seek someone who can visualise what you would like to be created. To seek a designer, I consulted friends and searched for local artists online. It was very useful to see reviews from other people about the work that Justine had done for them. Justine listened to my thoughts and wishes and expertly explained the process of repurposing different elements into the new designs. The finished products are well-crafted and will be worn on many more occasions.

My partner and I had two very special rings made for us by Justine. We came with some ideas of elements we wanted incorporated into the rings and the feeling of them, so not the easiest of tasks for someone to interpret... Justine took lots of time to really understand what we wanted and gave brilliant suggestions for them. The rings are perfect and unique thanks to Justine's skills and her lovely way of making sure that they turned out according to our hopes. Thank you for our wonderful rings 🙂
We can highly recommend Artisan Jewellery. From the moment of first enquiring about sourcing the perfect stones for an engagement ring (settling on a stunning green sapphire and cognac diamonds), through helping design the perfect finished article, Justine was a delight to work with. We found she is very knowledgeable, always listened to what we had to say and wanted to express, and made some great suggestions too.
We had such a good experience with commissioning the engagement ring we also decided to commission Justine to make our wedding bands for us. We used some family gold, which she reworked for us, creating two beautiful, unique and meaningful rings.
It goes without saying that we were impressed with Justine’s skill and craft in creating each and every piece, just take a look at her work for yourself. We were so pleased to have you play a part in the overall experience of our wedding, thank you Justine!
Visiting Justine and her workshop is a pleasure.
We had our engagement ring and wedding rings made and are delighted.
It's a special experience to choose your stone, metal and design. We chose new materials for my rings and used some sentimental gold jewellery my husband had to make his.
As Justine said when we were contemplating:
"you have to love it"
and we do. Thank you. 🙂
A beautiful ring and a lovely buying experience. Thanks, Justine, for making a special day a lasting memory.
Justine took all of my odds and ends of jewellery and tuned them into two lovely bracelets, Justine knows her craft and was so helpful .
My engagement ring claws were thinning and I was worried about loosing the stone. Justine suggested remodelling the ring and wedding band. Wow! I am so pleased with the results of both. They should last another 25 years now.
Thank you so much.
We originally found Justine to make our wedding rings, she gave such a personal experience that I only wish we found her to make my wife's engagement ring! Very personal service so much nicer than just browsing a catalogue or shop for something pre-made. Since then I have had another ring made for an xmas present and will without doubt have other pieces made in the future. Highly recommend!
Let me tell you a story....early 2015 was a busy time. My wife and I had just moved house, after being settled for 20 years in one place, my eldest daughter had made an early success of her career and my youngest daughter was about to graduate. We have been lucky to afford most of the things that we want, so I found it a challenge to show my family how proud I was of them, and how much I appreciated their support in a special way, and just telling them didn't seem enough.
I thought about special and unique being similar things, so decided that whatever "it" was, must be a one-off, and thought that jewrellry would be suitably small and long lasting. A pendent made sense, as it was flexible and could be worn in a variety of ways.
So I now knew what "it" was, and set about finding a jeweller to help me, but I thought it would be daft to just say I want something made, as I'm sure the answer would have been "OK .....what?" . On a basic computer I put down a few thoughts and a child like design. I wanted to show something of the family unit a whole disc, which was made up of the three women in my life which make up the whole. I wanted to
put some history into it, so a diamond tie pin that I had when my first daughter was born 25 years ago would be broken down, and the 3 diamonds set in each part of the disc. We had all liked the epic stories of the Lord of the Rings and I wanted the idea of referring to a journey and the fellowship, and these connections needed to be reflected in the piece. Their individual names were engraved into each part, in "elvish" to add something exotic, and each piece was designed to be all different, but fit together perfectly.
I was then lucky enough to contact Justine, who helped me make the idea a reality. I visited the workshop, where we discussed what I wanted, and I also took inspiration from other pieces she had made, particularly the textile surface given to precious metal by rolling them together. The ideas were kicked around between us, and I never felt that I lost control of what I wanted, but she was ensuring that it worked, and worked well. The first piece was cast in silver to allow us to see exactly what it would look like....it was perfect. The pieces were then cast in gold, and completed in good time for a date which combined my birthday, my wedding anniversary and the completion of the degree course. We met to eat together, and it was lovely to present my family their gifts, when it was traditionally the other way round.
The icing on the cake was that I realised that I wasn't going to get anything out of this........, so I asked Justine to mount the gold from my tie pin onto the silver casting to produce a unique piece for me which represents a point in time but a whole life as well.
Justine made us the most stunning wedding rings for our big day. We received a personal service and excellent customer care from the off as she worked on designs and examples. Total professional with an excellent eye for detail!
